The Chris & Pop-Pop Show: Phillies Postseason Shot, Athletes’ Zimmerman Tweets

On this week’s Chris & Pop-Pop Show, the boys kick things off promoting their first remote
broadcast, which will take place at Liberty Travel in Delran, N.J., on July 29, at 6 p.m.! Chris
thanks the fans/supporters of the show and Olio.fm, and credits them for the rather quick
success of the show.

When they get to business, Chris tries to plug away at Pop-Pop trying to convince him that the
Phillies actually have a solid shot at making the postseason this year, and why they may not
need to make many improvements to the roster.

Yes, Chris may be off his rocker and halfway on the Phillies wagon.

Next, Chris and Pop-Pop discuss Chip Kelly and the Eagles with training camp just days away.
Does Kelly secretly know who he wants his starting quarterback to be? C&PP weigh in on the
hot topics surrounding the anticipated start of the Eagles season.

Lastly, Chris gets Pop-Pop riled up regarding the outbreak of Tweets from pro athletes following
the George Zimmerman verdict, and how stupid athletes continue to be on social media. Who’s
to blame? Can they or should they be penalized for their comments?
