This week on The Chris & Pop-Pop Show:
Flyers: The duo reviews the first two games of the first round matchup between the Flyers and Rangers. The Flyers survived New York, splitting the first two games. Game three and four are inside the friendly confines of the Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia. How are the Flyers shaping up as the series hits a pivotal point? Can Ray Emery hold up for Craig Berube and his crew to outlast Henrik Lundqvist and the Rangers? What does Chris think the Flyers need to do to keep up with New York?
Phillies: Sitting fourth in NL East, the Phils have won six of their last 10 games and seem to be hitting their way into victories. Whereas, the back end of the bullpen continues to be problematic for Ryne Sandberg. Ryan Howard is heating up immensely as of late, and unfortunately, Chase Utley has cooled off considerably over the last 7-10 days. Can the Phillies tolerate the inconsistency in the middle of the lineup? Definitely not, so how can this be fixed? Chris and Pop-Pop try to solve that issue.
With Cole Hamels returning and Cliff Lee on a roll, is the Phils rotation finally shaping up to be what fans had hoped since Spring Training? And how can Ruben Amaro Jr. fix the broken bullpen. Lastly, Pop-Pop erupts when he learns that Ruben Amaro Jr. believes his sqaud is a group of true contenders. Does Pop-Pop even partially believe this? Chris tries to level with him.
Eagles: With just over two weeks to go until the highly anticipated NFL draft, Chris and Pop-Pop make their choices for where the Eagles draft at the number-22 slot.
